CLEPOOLS owner has been in the business of improving homes and landscapes since 2017. While serving clients in his other business, Mr. Level Concrete Leveling, Joe was asked time and time again for help designing and installing custom inground pools. Joe realized the Cleveland, OH, area needed a pool installation company they could count on. And that’s how CLEPOOLS was born—from a desire to meet the needs of local customers and create beautiful, custom inground pools.

Our projects begin with you telling us about your family, lifestyle, and how you plan to use your new pool. The CLEPOOLS team then views the area for the pool, taking measurements and making design notes as needed. From there, we create your custom pool design.

If you love the design, we’ll get started with installation! If you don’t love it, no problem. We’ll present some other options. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

We’re always upfront about our pricing, our capabilities, and the project timeline. And won’t start on any project until you understand the process and are comfortable with everything.
